Hall Rental


Our hall is available for rent to host weddings, parties, comedy shows, fundraising events and receptions of all kinds. The hall is spacious, freshly painted and has hardwood floors. We have a large kitchen, with a separate entrance for caterers. The bar area is separate from the hall. We can accommodate 130 people with plenty of parking. There is handicap accessible parking and we will be installing a mobility ramp in summer 2020. We are happy to assist you in all facets of your party planning. Hall Rental Details

Capacity and Tables

The interior hall is 2080 square feet and can accomodate 13 round tables of 10, thus 130 guests. We do provide long rectangular tables for food, decorations, gifts, etc. The hall rental includes the use of our kitchen for preparing and warming food only. We have a 10x10 raised platform for a band or head table.

Staffing

A bartender is included with the hall rental and there is a full cash bar on the premises. Additional support for servers and helpers is available upon request.


Polices and Procedures

Rental Period

Rental periods are 6 hours. This includes 4 hours for your event, plus 1 hour before and 1 hour after for set-up and clean-up. We can accomodate additional time if needed. Open flames or burning candles are not permitted by the Town of Natick. Scotch tape, nails, staples or tacks are not permitted on walls, ceiling or floor.

Alcohol/Drugs

No alcoholic beverages or drugs can be brought onto the premises. All alcohol beverages must be dispensed from the bar. No beverages of any kind, alcoholic or otherwise, are permitted outside the premises. If outside alcohol is discovered on the premises, it will be confiscated immediately. We maintain a zero tolerance for underage drinking, outside alcohol, marijuana or drugs of any kind. We reserve the right to cancel the function immediately and any security deposit will be forfeited.
